This photo is not me; it is Her Serene Highness, Princess Angela of Liechtenstein, which proves that little black girls can grow up to be princesses too.
I am a visual artist but I make my living doing something else. I am a new, empty-nester, learning to rediscover my single self and the world. I'm inquisitive, perceptive, creative, intelligent, and compassionate. I love laughing, soulful conversations, experiencing the new, cooking for family and friends, travel, romantic comedies, action thrillers, and a thoughtful, romantic gesture.
My favorite books are Pride and Prejudice, Vince Flynn political thrillers, The Kind of Love that Saves You, Eating Crow, Gotham Diaries, Fat Bald Jeff, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, and I'm always searching for new favorites.
